Can I return a customised item if I change my mind?
Sorry, once we’ve personalised something especially for you, it’s yours for keeps unless there’s a genuine fault.
How long does it take to get my order?
We’re quick! Most orders ship out within a few working days. Need it super-fast? Let us know and we’ll do our best to sort it. You’ll get an update as soon as your goods are on their way.
What if my order arrives damaged or isn’t right?
Give us a shout at print@madhousemedia.co.uk with your order details and a photo if possible. We’ll sort it quicker than you can say “howay!”
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! We’ll send you tracking info as soon as your order’s been dispatched, so you know exactly when to get the kettle on for the delivery.
